Hi, I’m Dr. Annika!

I’m a stress and business mentor and a seasoned medical doctor with over 37 years of experience in primary care and clinical chemistry. I specialize in helping CEOs and business professionals master stress management for enhanced leadership and workplace health.

In 2007, I founded AskDrAnnika, focusing on preventing stress from becoming a debilitating health issue. My unique approach blends scientific expertise with personal experience, simplifying complex concepts into actionable, personalized strategies.

My journey into stress management began from a deeply personal place—losing my brother and daughter within a week. This profound experience, combined with extensive studies in mindset, mental health, and workplace health, equips me to offer strategies that drive real results.

6. Can I Also Consult You As A Doctor?

I am a licensed doctor and work as one when I am in a healthcare clinic in Sweden.

When I am outside a healthcare clinic, I offer mentoring services with a doctor’s knowledge. While I do not take on the role of a doctor in these sessions, if I observe something that requires medical attention, I will advise you accordingly.
