Are you tired of all the confusion with all the diets out there? Does food really have to be this complicated?

Well the answer is both yes and no…

Diets are complicated, very complicated if you go down into the inner mechanism in the body. But eating doesn’t need to be complicated at all. It actually can be very simple..

Let me explain!

I’m Dr Annika and I work with stress and health issues helping female business leaders, just like you, to find the easy ways to get out of stress – in all walks of life. Yeah, i’m talking about getting your life back!

In my free training, you can access by clicking the link here, I have even more advanced information but right now, let’s get back to the food and diet issues.

I’ve had numerous clients struggling with their diet. And I can imagine you’re struggling too.

The way the press – both specialized Magazines and the general daily press seem to compete is by getting more complicated.

  • “Do it this way”
  • “No, do it that way”
  • “No, this third way is the right way”.

Its confusing.

Some of their recipes might be good but this approach usually causes more stress and overwhelm because you’re thinking: “How am I going to manage to remember all this. My brain’s already overloaded”

Let me tell you about one of my clients Lisa and what she accomplished. It’s so easy and you can do it too.

She consulted with me for her stress situation initially. She was a little overweight but that wasn’t her main problem.

So we decided to look at her diet which was a disaster!

She didn’t have time to eat properly so she gulped down lots of junk food when she had a spare minute. She consumed  large amounts of candy- and chocolate bars to re-energize herself. But she just got more and more tired, all because of the insulin rebound from all the sugar.

So we decided to start the de-stress work with her lousy diet.

To make it really easy for her – and to change only one thing at the time – because that’s what you must do for permanent change. Take things one thing at a time. She agreed to start with her candy- and chocolate bars. They were working against her.

The task was to replace these bars with fruits. At first she protested and said it was difficult to have fresh fruit in her bag. It was hard to get time to buy it and all sorts of other excuses.

Her self-sabotage was really working hard trying to save her from the change.

In part two of this article, I’m going to show you exactly what Lisa did to improve her entire lifestyle just by making a few simple tweaks. You can do the same too!
