Can you limit stress to healthy levels?
Let’s move on in my list of physical health. It is time for STRESS! Well, stress fits in in the mental health department too. Stress plays dual roles in our lives. A little bit of stress keep us moving and alert making us do our best. A lot of stress is on the other hand detrimental to our health. The thing is to find the balance in life where we can use this knowledge to our advantage. Our stress mechanisms are part of our ancestry heritage – the mechanism is there to save us from dangerous situations.

It is time for a good night’s sleep!
Remember this blog is a continuing story from the last few blog posts about getting control of your health and life as business leader. We have dealt with physical activity and food intake. Now it is time for a good night’s sleep. Let’s look at your sleeping habits and see if they support you or if they work against you. To be a successful business leader you need to sleep properly at night. And you do not sleep properly on your workdesk!

Let’s continue in the physical health department
Starting with health from my list last week felt so good. Remember that if you don’t feel well and fit you will not have enough energy to run your business the most effective way. That may lead to loosing clients, not getting clients and the result is less profit. This usually leads to negative spirals where things get worse and worse. You need positive energy to turn it around. Last week we talked about physical activity. Let’s continue with food today.

Going through the “helicopter ride” result Step by step
Hope you enjoyed the virtual helicopter ride in last week’s blog. Or was it a nightmare? Your feelings probably reflect what you found out about yourself and what your needs are. Time to take a virtual helicopter ride
You have gotten yourself out of the Hamster Wheel, started to get to know yourself and started your Mindset shift with a smile. Now is the time to take a good look on your life from above. Imagine that you ride a helicopter and you are hovering above your own person. Take a close look and what do you see? A happy person, a stressed person, a sad person? Or a person who has lost contact with himself and is just indifferent to the situation?
