Money makes the world go round, the world go round …
Time to move on to other things that affects our lives and our health. Things that are outside our physical body. Money is one of them. There are so many sayings about money. Money rules! Easy come – easy go! Money can’t buy you happiness! (A truth I proved wrong in previous blog post). And business leaders have double trouble – they often have two economies to worry about – their own and the company´s. Why is money such a hot subject?

Can you limit stress to healthy levels?
Let’s move on in my list of physical health. It is time for STRESS! Well, stress fits in in the mental health department too. Stress plays dual roles in our lives. A little bit of stress keep us moving and alert making us do our best. A lot of stress is on the other hand detrimental to our health. The thing is to find the balance in life where we can use this knowledge to our advantage. Our stress mechanisms are part of our ancestry heritage – the mechanism is there to save us from dangerous situations.

Now it is time for a good night’s sleep. Let’s look at your sleeping habits and see if they support you or if they work against you. Let’s continue in the physical health department
Starting with health from my list last week felt so good. Remember that if you don’t feel well and fit you will not have enough energy to run your business the most effective way. That may lead to loosing clients, not getting clients and the result is less profit. This usually leads to negative spirals where things get worse and worse. You need positive energy to turn it around. Last week we talked about physical activity. Let’s continue with food today.
