The Mirror tells you, you should. The press is full of pictures of slim and fit young people (and a couple of older people too) and you just want to scream: “THIS IS NOT ME. I just feel old and tired and I know I should be doing something. But how?”

Well into mid-February we are in the midst of the most infectious period of the year (talking about the northern hemisphere of the globe). February is the month with the far most parental sick leave to take care of their infected kids (yes, we do have a very generous parental leave system in Sweden).

As members of the human race, we all have one thing in common, and that is the desire to better our situation and improve our lives. For many, it’s far too easy to get sucked into the belief that we are limited, that our dreams are impossible and that t he ‘good life’ wasn’t really meant for us in the first place.
